New way of fixing not found I-94 online

Hello,

My POE was November 27th, and until today my I-94 has been "not found" online. That's all my AOS depends on.

Right before Christmas I called the CBP agency at the airport to correct that, they told me to go over there. I went there and they told me that as of the day before this request now has to be put through e-mail. They just gave me a paper with an e-mail address (which the officer referred to as "website", as in "go to this website and they'll help you"), and I never really understood why they just didn't tell me that over the phone. Clearly they were still getting familiar with this new procedure.

The day after I went to get my SSN. At the SSN office they told me that they were going to put an internal request that might fix the problem for me, so I never bothered to e-mail them.

I got my SSN card, and the I-94 was still not found.

I e-mailed them, they e-mailed me back the list of required documents, and I sent them back 6 days ago. I still haven't gotten a response or confirmation.

I just decided to post this to inform whomever may have to do this from now on and to ask if anyone has done it, and if so, how long it took.

Hello Mariana,

I had this same problem when I tried looking for my fiancé's I-94 online while he was here. He is Brazilian too and has 4 names total. I tried his 1st and last like it would be in the US and it did not work. Then I tried his first name and all three other names that follow his first as the last name and it worked.

First: R.....

Last: M... P.... M.....

did they ask you to go to the airport just to give you that information? jesus! i hope they never called me to go to the POE, cause it will be very far from where i will be living...
