I'm helping with the paper work for immigration for my friend's parents.

So, form I-864.

Since the petitioner (wife) is unemployed:

1. She puts "0" on item 5. Even they did a joint tax return. Right?

2. On item 6c. she will put her husband's income for 2014.

3. What goes on items 13.a.1, 13.b.1 and 13.c.1? Her income (which is gonna be "0", since she's been unemployed since 2009)? Or her husband's income (which is gonna be the same as from joint tax return)?

It pretty much looks (based on the income), that she'll need a co-sponsor from outside, not from the household, since there're 5 people in the household, including her mother (and according to i-864 part 5, item 8).

Does co-sponsor's I-864 come with supplemental docs or it's just plain I-864?

Thank you.
