Does anyone know of a VOIP service which offers local Mauritius numbers? I'll be visiting there in a few weeks and I'd like to get service with a company over there which will allow me to have a local Mauritius phone number from my internet connection here in the U.S.

Currently we have given my mother-in-law a Vonage box which gives her a U.S. number that we can call. But it would be really nice to do it the other way around so that we can call everyone we know over there without being charged per minute.
