Hi everyone!

I'm about to file the I-129F packet, and I just wanted to ask a few questions to be sure.

1. On the cover letter, what should I put for the filing location?

2. For questions 15a - 125h on the I-129F, my fiancée is currently visiting the USA via the VWP, but she doesn't have an I-94 / I-95, she did everything with ESTA (She is from Spain)

So, I am unsure as to what to put for "Arrival / Deprture Record Number", "Date authorized stay expired or will expire as shown on I-94 or I-95", and for "Travel Document Number". Her ESTA form that she has printed out does not have this information included.

3. For her phone number, should I include Spain's country code?

4. For her name, she has accented vowels and an "ñ", but I have ommitted those...is this okay?

Thank you all for the help, I highly appreciate it!

Hi everyone!

I'm about to file the I-129F packet, and I just wanted to ask a few questions to be sure.

1. On the cover letter, what should I put for the filing location?

Texas

2. For questions 15a - 125h on the I-129F, my fiancée is currently visiting the USA via the VWP, but she doesn't have an I-94 / I-95, she did everything with ESTA (She is from Spain)

So, I am unsure as to what to put for "Arrival / Deprture Record Number"

You know the Arrival Date, then put a future date for Departure.

, "Date authorized stay expired or will expire as shown on I-94 or I-95",

N/A - ESTA

and for "Travel Document Number".

N/A - ESTA

Her ESTA form that she has printed out does not have this information included.

3. For her phone number, should I include Spain's country code?

Yes

4. For her name, she has accented vowels and an "ñ", but I have ommitted those...is this okay?

Correct but you spell all those foreign characters out in the box that asks for her name in her native language.

Thank you all for the help, I highly appreciate it!

Thanks so much!

Do I need to put a specific address for Texas, or just the state?

Most folks use the Texas Lockbox address to which you'll be mailing the petition to.

Okay thanks. For the fields that you recommend I put N/A ESTA, it only accepts numbers. I am typing everything, so I am unsure as to what to do about this.
