Your case number is not current yet. It will be current in March. You can expect your second notification letter around mid January after the February/March visa bulletin is released.

Based on other posts, it takes KCC 4-5 months to process the ds 260 form. so if you re submitted on November 4th, they will be done with the processing by end of Feb/beginning of March.

KCC also only do the scheduling I think once a month, and they do the scheduling starting two months in the future ie : if you will be part of the March scheduling, you will get your interview for June.
