I (beneficiary-Japanese) and my husband (Petitioner-US citizen) we both've been living in Japan 2 years ago and my husband is working in the employed company based in Japan but paid by US. As for submitting AOS Package, it sounds like we will have to establish proof that he has maintained a domicile in the US. We are going to submit bank statements as evidence of maintaining a bank account in US and a photocopy of an employment letter with company letter head and signature (not by his own) and write an explanation with his signature.

Of course, we are attaching copies of Tax Return and w-2 form last 3 years. Any advices or suggestions highly appreciated.

Thank you!
