Medical Examination IOM copies

I have appointed to the medical examination in IOM
1. What documents (copies from IOM) is required to change status later in USA, this is a copy of the vaccination certificate, or als a copy of the medical examination, etc
2. What copies from IOM I should have for change status
3. Should I be vaccinated against influenza if this place is hot in the USA (southern part)

I'm not a fan of vaccinations, would prefer not to vaccinate from the fact that there is no need

You need to be vaccinated for flu if your medical is during flu season (which currently it is). This is not compulsory but will it will save time, money and hassle to get it done prior to AOS.

I believe your medical results are then kept on file by the government and will be used during your AOS. Not entirely sure- someone else will be able to confirm
