Sworn Statement

Hi folks!

Preparing myself for the K1 interview in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil. Some people say that the sworn statement needs to be signed right there in front of the Consul. Other people say it has to be "certified" beforehand. Can I just take a form and fill it out there? Is that ok? Has anyone done it this way?

Here is the form I am talking about: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/164149/pdfs_001/declaracao-sob-juramento.pdf
