I-129F NOA2 Approval Validity

Does the approval dates on the NOA2 mean that your interview must be between the from and to dates?

I just received the hard copy of the I-797 (NOA2) on 11/24 and on it it says "Notice Type: Approval Notice Valid from 11/20/2014 to 03/19/2015. Seems pretty straightforward but just want to make sure....
