K1 VISA i-134 form income and wage

I have worked for the same employment agency for the last year but have worked through them at 3 different facilities making three different wages. The first two facilities paid me a wage that was under the requirements for the U.S poverty guidelines. While the current wage puts me over the U.S. poverty guidelines.

When asking for my yearly wages do they want,my last years wages which altogether do actually put me over the required income? or do they want a projected income with my current wage for the next year?

I cannot seem to find anyone who can help me with this. Either way whether they need the last years gross or my projected yearly income with my current wage we still surpass the wages required for the K-1 fiance visa. However if we can use a projected income with my current wage we will exceed the required amount quite a bit further. Please let me know if anyone has an answer for this USCIS and the Visa Center both told us when calling them that the other handled this in regards to form I-134 so we were not able to get any help or answers from them.

I believe as long as your are currently making over 125% of the poverty line you will be fine. You can demonstrate this with pay stubs/a letter from your employer stating your salary and that your job is a full time position, and you are hired in good faith. Good luck!

They want what is current. As long as you can provide evidences of how much you currently make, then you should be fine. Like Pheebs said, letter from employer & pay stubs. I brought 3 years worth of ITR's and W2's and they didn't even pay attention to the older documents. If you want to be on the safe side, then also list down your assets and savings.

When they file, do they need to submit the latest ITR? I kinda have the same dilemma. My fiancee did not meet the poverty guidelines this year but should be good to go next year. Do we have to wait for 2015 tax return or can we show the embassy paystubs, certificate of employment that would show she is fulltime and earning above poverty guidelines with bank letter on her savings account. Your thoughts?

That should be fine. Current income is what matters.
