Hi all vjs

I got some questions

My case was approved on February 27 2014 and it is in the nvc.i have case number and IIN but no updates from nvc till now. I was a LPR that time but on November 5 i became US citizen and on the same day i send a copy of my naturalization certificate and approval letter .i called them after a week and the lady said they dont have it and told me to resend it . But wen i checked the usps tracking it says delivered.but also as per the lady i send it again this time i send through fedex and someone in the nvc received and signed it thats wat is written in the fedex tracking. Does this means my copies reached nvc and how long they take to put in their system and upgrade my petition?any ideas plz
