and since fiance's daughter (K2) my step kid the passport still on process they told my fiance will be issue sometime in January 2015.

so, were planning to set an interview by first week of FEB 2015, question is can we still use the ITR 2013? and thus the I-134 go with annual means the gross income in ITR without deductions?

thanks for the response!

If you're in the military, then 100% is sufficient. You only need to add the savings if you do not meet the poverty requirement. For evidence, ITR and W2 are enough. We also included a letter from my husband's gysgt detailing his annual salary and we provided several LES print outs too. Helps too if the letter from your c.o. has your military branch letterhead. Have him detail how long you've been working, your annual salary etc.

By the way, I'm a girl. :P
