I-94 Travel History? Kinda worried. Help?

So I got curious and checked my I-94 again.. and when I clicked on the travel history.. the only thing was showing was my arrival on the 24th of April 2014 through LAX and NO departure listed.

Should I be worried? My I-94 only allowed me to stay til the 23rd of October and I left the US before that... Should they have actually recorded that when I left the US? Used Tourist Visa here.
