My K1 fiancée visa is being transferred from NVS to The US Embassy in Kiev for my fiancée and her 18 yr old daughter, I'm confused about the fees we need to pay.

The DS160 fee of $265 is it for both my fiancee and her daughter or separate fees $265 x 2 ?

The medical exam fee of $215 is separate for each ?

Are there any other embassy fees that need to be paid ?

The visa fee is for each person that requires a visa, thus yes you must pay it twice. The medical fee is for each person that requires a medical, thus yes you must pay it twice.

There are no other fees.

The $265 fee can it be paid online or only at the Raiffeisen Bank ?

The fees for the DS160 must be paid at the bank. Be careful about this: The fees must be paid in gryvna and the embassy has a different conversion than what is on the street. The converted dollar cost could be more, or less, than the exacty $265 that is converted on the street.

There are no other service fees for the embassy. Just make sure she and her daughter already have all the vaccinations, or they will need the clinic to provide them and that is an additional cost, too.

If you go to www.xe.com and convert $265 to UAH you will see it converts to: 4001.76 at today's exchange rate.

So, to achieve what the embassy is pricing you will need to have your fiancee bring: $281

You need to be aware of this as $265 is not always $265

Also be extremely careful with the receipt you get from the bank. They require the receipt number to register for the interview and there is no way to get it again if you lose the receipt AFAIK. So make sure not to lose the receipt or you will have to pay again.
