New name released after visa issued ..

well i am a filipina k1 with a k2

Problem:

1. on my childs BC he has a middle name and in the philippine law child that wasn't acknowledge by there father shouldn't have a middle name

2. on my childs BC it is listed there that i have a middle name which is i don't have one really

-so i filed a correction last july and they said it will take 3 months to get it done .. I filed a correction because the department of foreign affairs said that legally I wasn't the mother cause my name was wrong on his BC..

(they deleted his middle name and my middle name on his BC)

(i still continue with getting his passport and medical and interview)

_we received our visa last Nov.14 and our flight to JFK was this dec 06,2014.

_i requested for another BC for my child and now it shows that his name was being corrected

were thinking of just going to the US already and just tell the Immigration soon that he has a new name now (my fiancee said that it shouldn't be a problem soon cause it was a legal name change)

but i was just getting a bit worried.

question:

1.If we file for AOS soon will this one cause him a denial? cause his passport and his new BC doesn't match?

2.( i know what i did is stupid ) But is there anyone there who can suggest what's the best thing we should do now?

=thank you so much ..
