Hi there VJ members. I need your great ideas and experiences to share to me.

I was admitted here in US as k-1, got married and my AOS case is still ongoing and hoping that my i-131/Advance Parole will be granted. Assuming that i have my AP and have a chance to go back to my home country to process the k-2 visa for my 6 year old son, here are my questions:

1.) Since the k-2 visa i will be processing is "follow to join", what are the documents and related important things to bring with me for his k-2 visa interview/k-2 appearance on embassy?

2.) Is there really a k-2 visa interview that will occur for my 6 year old son in the embassy?

3.) How to let the US Embassy Manila know that i will begin to process the "follow to join" k-2 visa( for further info, the k- 2 visa will expere on August 2015 because i was given the k-1 visa last August 2014)

Thanks.

Hope to hear from you VJ members SOON.

God bless to all of US.
