To get the Saudi police certificate you need to email Riyadh US embassy to set up appointment to get the request letter from the US embassy to get a police certificate. RiyadhIV@state.gov Once they set up appointment for you, you go there. Show them your approval letter NOA2 proof letter that your going through US Immigration and they will give you a request letter. They probably will help you where you need to go next or you can ask. Anyway you take that request letter to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and get it stamped for SR30 and then you take that stamped request letter to Deera Police Department of Criminal Investigation where you get finger printed and they give you slip when to come back or call you to get the actual Saudi police certificate when it's ready.
