Ds form 60

I recently filled out the online DS 60 for my fiancée as a third party. I did the electronic signature but I'm wondering how she is supposed to electronicly sign as well. There did not seem to be an option for me to send to her. Her english is not good enough to fill out the complicated form and the instructions said I could do it for her.

I filled out the form for my fiancee, but then had him open it up and talked him through what everything said so he could say there were no errors, and then he signed it and submitted it, that way he is aware of what is on the form and what he is testifying is true. Then he printed the confirmation page and will bring that to the interview.

I completed it as well and her review it, we both reviewed it a few times before submitting it.

As far as the confirmation page goes, you should be able to log back into the system or your fiancée can do this as well and print out the confirmation page. Or you may be able to download a copy of the confirmation page and email it to your fiancée.
