Hi everyone,

anyone know how do you know if NVC receive your emails for scanned packages?I email them two weeks ago, and today I called them, the lady I spoke to said they system shows they have not receive the emails yet, and told me to call back earlier next week to check again, and if still not receive, then send those emails again, which will reset the days.

It's kind weird for them not to receive my emails. I mean the email address I used is copy straight from their website(nvcelectronic@state.gov), and each emails I send is less than 5mb for total size, few of them are like 2mb.

Thanks

Hi

They will send you an email to confirm that they receive your emails or you can call to be sure that they scan them

Thanks for the quick reply.

I thought that too, but after two weeks, I receive no confirm email and I called them, they said they system shows they have not receive it. Do you know how long it takes for them to receive it on system?

Don't worry it take awhile sometimes

But your scan date will be the day or second day that you send them

Oh ic, thx for another quick reply

I guess I will just have to call them every week to find out the answer, hope next week they show receive, I don't want wait a month, then only to find out they did not receive it for some reason :crying:
