Hello everyone,

I am ready to send my n-400 application and as many of you don't want to missed something or make a mistake.here's the paperwork I'm sending in together with my n-400 application

Form n-400

Pay stub

2 years tax return ( I am working on the 2013 tax return and can bring during interview and I hope this is not an issue)

My passport photocopy

My green card photocopy

Birth certificate

Divorce paper

Married certificate

2 pcs ( 2x2 us photo)

My hubby's birth certificate

My hubby's passport photocopy

His driver license photocopy

Any co mingling document bank account etc

My hubby's pension paper work. Stating that I am the beneficiary.

Of course payment 668$-lol

Did I miss something? Please enlighten me or correct me if you guys think I missed something.thank you in advance ---have a wonderful day

Looks like a pretty good list of documents; we also included leases and property titles as well where my wife and I were both named. In regard to the payment amount, I think you may have incorrectly typed the amount. You state that you are sending a check for $668. Unfortunately, that wouldn't be enough. The total should be $680 ($595 application fee and $85 biometrics fee).

Yes I typed it wrong but thank u for correcting me.Our house its on his name and the car as well so far that's the only documents I provide hope it's not an issue at all.Good luck to us.

I don't think you have anything to worry about: you seem to have a pretty solid list of documents. Our packages tend toward overkill simply because I am a former Federal auditor and tend to think in terms of worst case scenarios. :)

It's probably a good idea to include the letter from the IRS authorizing your extension on the 2013 tax return.

We hire a tax person to do our taxes paper and his office is close we tried calling him but no luck to get our tax for 2013 I have w-2 only .hpw do I get the tax autho you are talking about ? That's not a bad idea.but I'm sure I can bring my 2013 during interview or if they ask me to submit it later on
