she needs to attend the GCP seminar given by the CFO agency. she can find all the information on cfo.gov.ph. she needs to make an appointment to attend the seminar. there is a link at the website for which seminar she needs to attend. she needs to click the spouse/fiance link to get to the right information. she does not need to click on the emigrant link coz that's for other immigrants to the US not petitioned by their spouses/fiances. after she attends the GCP seminar, she will be issued a certificate which she needs to keep coz she will present that certificate to the immigration officer in NAIA along with the CFO sticker. all these information i mentioned are found in the website.

GCP stands for, by the way, Guidance and Counseling Program. this seminar is designed for filipino spouses/fiances with American husbands/fiances for them to inform them of their rights when they get to the US. the seminar also provides what to expect to adjust in the US., etc.

The Guidance and counselling program seminar (GCP Seminar) is part of the whole CFO experiance. So if she completed her appointment at CFO they should have given her a document showing she completed the CFO/GCP seminar which she would need to be allowed to aquire the CFO sticker in her passport which will allow her the 'privledge' of leaving the Philippines. Note that the CFO is sticker and associated seminar is not only for Filipina's migrating to the USA but necessary for Filippina's leaving the Philippines to reside overseas as a financee or spouse.

Thank you for all the comments.

Anyway, I'm a K1 also and already done with my seminar at CFO. But got confused when my friend that I met when I had my medical sent me a message and asking about that GCP seminar aside from CFO. Now understand that GCP and CFO seminar is one.
