NVC email me today which state that they received by DS260 and now my question is after how many days or weeks will be my interview as I have already submitted ds260?

That depends how long will it I take to process your info by NVC. Then the info is sent to the local embassy who sets the appointment date. NVC had no jurisdiction over Embassy. Also depending on the visa category, timeline changes as well

I wish I could give you a much better concrete answer.
