Hi,

I feel sheepish asking this since I spend at least an hour a day on this site

BUT

I got the NOA1 indicating they've transferred to Vermont.

So, now, I just....wait, correct? To see if they send an RFE or just the NOA2?

Thanks and apologies.

Just want to make sure I'm not wasting any time.

A

Yes, now all you need to do is wait...We waited about 11 months to get the NOA2.

And you can use the receipt number to check your case status on www.uscis.gov. For us, it was on review for 11 months, so it is easier if you just sign in a account on that website, then if there is any update, they will send you an email.
