hello:

Just recieved the Packet 3 letter from the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. WoW only 5 weeks from NOA1 to Packet 3. I am now in the North of Thailand and want to know if i can send in papers requesting the interview for my fiancee or do i have to hand deliver them to the BKK embassy.

My fiancee is 8.5 months pregnant and to travel 7 hours both ways will be a hassle. I have tried to call the embassy, but they have adopted a no phone call policy. The recorded message for K-1 visa says the help window is closed. I have e-mailed them two times but keep getting the same reponse, "check the website, we're to busy to answer your question." I lost $10 on the online website they set up to schedule visa because they don't say the site is only for non-immigrant visas.

So can anyone tell me if i can mail my Packet 3 to the BKK embassy or do i have to hand deliver it. I really dont want to lose a day to go there and they say i need to mail it.

thanks

matt
