Case re-opened in May, what now (split and merged)

Timeline

i had same issue, i have denied k1 visa interview last year my papers bring back in USCIS and USCIS mail my fiance(petitioner) that they REOPEN our case last MAY 2014 ,i just wanna know so we could be prepare, what are the possibilities uscis decision, pls give me advice, some says theres no reopen cases done once it was denied during interview,some says, uscis will juust take it so long, or let petition expire, im loosing hope but my love for my fiance keeps me going,i just hope the uscis who reads our case try to investigate more and ask RFE first before making decision, while writing i was crying becuae i know my husband to be is a good person,all we wanted was to start life,it was 19 yrs ago misdemeanor AWA,im at legal age to know whats right to wrong,, is there anyone who can give me an advice what to do,or the possibilities of this k1 visa..
