Administrative processing today advise me please

today i had my interview to senegal dakar ambassy for k1 visa everything goes well so at the end the woman who interviewed me asked for tax return form for 2013 and put me in AP then asked me to bring it next thursday or anytime i can

the probleme is my fiance when he filed the I-134 he didn't put anything where they ask if he has others persons who depend on him

so in the tax return form i see that he filed the name of his 2 nephews who born there but there were not to the us in 2013.

it seems fraud

i don't know if our visa can be denied or put on long AP waiting

can someone who has experience of it can advise me please
