CONSULAR OUTREACH IN MESA, AZ

06 to 07 December 2014






Los Angeles, 05 November 2014 – A team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles will conduct a Consular Outreach Program in Mesa, Arizona on 06 to 07 December 2014:

Location :

Manila Sunrise Gourmet
2121 W. Guadalupe Road, Suite 7

Mesa, AZ 85202

Service Hours :

9:00 am – 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm - 6:00pm

The consular outreach program is being undertaken in cooperation with the Filipino American Journal and Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Arizona.


The following consular services will be rendered:

· Applications for Electronic Passport (ePassport), to be returned to the applicant by mail.

· Applications for the retention and re-acquisition of Philippine citizenship pursuant to Republic Act 9225 or Dual Citizenship Law. Oath-taking will be scheduled on the same day for qualified applicants.

· Applications for Report of Marriage & Birth will be accepted but these will be processed in Los Angeles and returned to the applicant by mail.

Thanks for posting this! It might me a trip to LA now :)

Could we do both ROM and Passport Renewal at the same time at the outreach or do we need to make the trip to LA to do that?

Thanks for posting this! It might me a trip to LA now :)

You can do both at the outreach, that is what my asawa did
