I will be using my mom as a co-sponsor for the K-1 visa. She makes a net of $39,000.. and grosses roughly $49,000. I have just received my NOA2. Also I have a child who is part of the process as well.I have a few questions here, the biggest one would be my mom currently lives with my grandma and grandpa (takes care of them).. they survive on their own income.. so for persons in family/household.. are they included? Also, how many persons would that be total? 6? Sorry if this seems like a no-brainer to some but I just want to make sure my co-sponsor will have enough to impress the consular at the interview. Thanks for reading!

Negative. My mom simply lives with them and takes care of them. So the number of persons in household would be 4? (Mom, beneficiary, child, myself)

Yes then you good to go ,no need to worry about anything else ,also no need to mention about your grand parents. Good luck.

Also, to prevent from creating an extra topic.. I am currently not working. Will that hurt the prospects of her getting the visa if the consular sees that I am not working. (I've been in Chile with her taking care of our daughter the entire time, and I plan to go back and work). I know the co-sponsor will take care of everything financially.. but will showing no employment have a bad effect at the interview? Thanks and sorry this isn't related to the original post

As long as you have a co -sponsor, you are good to go just send in all the required documents.
