I've noticed a lot of people mentioning 'the home delivery option' (after their interview)...and I see above there is also the option to pick up from the courier...are these the two options the London embassy (at least), gives to all those interviewed?

I found out VERY last minute, prior to my interview, that you need to select your delivery or pick up option online before you attend your interview.

Once registered you can slect to pick up from a DX depot, or pay to have it delivered to an address of your choosing.

USCIS (239 days):

04.18.2013 - NOA1

12.13.2013 - NOA2 via email; I-130 approved. Shipped to NVC

NVC (274 days):

12.30.2013 - Arrived at NVC

01.27.2014 - Received case no. & IIN

02.07.2014 - Completed & submitted DS-261 form online

02.13.2014 - Paid AOS bill

02.18.2014 - AOS showing as 'paid'

03.18.2014 - Invoiced for IV bill (finally!)

03.19.2014 - Made payment for IV bill

03.21.2014 - IV bill showing PAID

03.24.2014 - Completed DS-260 online

03.29.2014 - Mailed IV Packet

04.26.2014 - IV packet all approved, false checklist from NVC for AOS packet

05.07.2014 - AOS packet sent

06.12.2014 - AOS packet scanned in (took them THAT LONG to do it)

07.29.2014 - Received checklist via email

07.30.2014 - Sent re-filled AOS form, as per checklist instructions

09.24.2014 - Case Complete (FINALLY)

09.30.2014 - Case leaves NVC

Embassy:

10.29.2014 - Medical

11.04.2014 - Interview in London - APPROVED

11.05.2014 - CEAC - Issued

11.07.2014 - Courier email

11.10.2014 - Passport and visa received via DX courier

In the USA:

12.02.2014 - POE (Denver)

12.24.2014 - ELIS changed to "In Process"

01.05.2015 - Greencard received in mail

ROC:
10.05.2016 - NOA1

12.13.2016 - Biometrics

11.13.2017 - Infopass Appt.

03.30.2018 - Approval

04.05.2018 - Greencard Arrived

Not yet, only had interview yesterday and CEAC changed to "issued" today so I hope email will come tomorrow, fingers crossed! And thanks for the tracking advice! X

It's not always super fast, I had a Monday interview, a Thursday email and collected the visa from the courier on Friday. Hopefully you will get the email today or tomorrow!

Sorry off the subject @hotter otter but I have to tell you that I checked out your blog and it's fantastic. I have saved the link for my husband to read and keep up with when he arrives. It's good that he can read about other Brit's living here in the USA. Thank you!
