Hello

I had interview yesterday early in the morning...

It seems like my officer was pretty strict… he even didn't smile at all brought whole interview

it seem that everything is pretty much went ok. just he couldn't make decision on the spot

Gave me letter with pass civic text, and decision can not be made at this time,

asking for more proof. my current apartment lease and verification of tax compliance for 2011,2012,2013.

and hand me new booklet for new citizens, and oath letter where oath will be held.

i am freaking out.

if i understand correctly i just have to send that papers he is asking ,, and he will approve me..

is just that missing?

or something more?

If they are asking for those documents, then that is what you need to submit. It sounds like you should be approved after that considering that you were given the oath ceremony letter as well. I'm just curious as to why he asked for these specific docs, is your N400 based on marriage to a USC?

This does not constitute legal advice.
