Well folks, It looks like im going down the china road again.

Long story... but doing it again.

So far everything is looking good.

Our case is at NVC for wife and step son.

Ds-261 has been taken care of and now just waiting to pay IV bill.

It seams as though there is some delay in paying the IV bill for i can not pay it in the NVC site.

I had no problems paying the AOS bill about a month ago but the IV bill still does not show up.

I guess i need some help from the pros here on VJ.

Not sure what to do with this new system that is in place now?

The first time i went down this road it was all snall mail???

This is all new to me now.

Thanks for the reply.

As luck would have it i received a IV fee bill today (NVC Email) for the wife BUT NOT for step son?

Should i pay the IV fee now for wife OR should i wait and see if i get IV fee bill fot step son?

Thanks.
