What would happen then?

Well, i didn't think this sounded like a crazy question and still don't, so I decided to cal the USCIS to see if they knew (i've low expectations).

A surprisingly friendly girl told me nothing needs to be done for a pregnant wife. Before you think that sounds obvious, I'll tell that I thought they might get crazy and want DNA tests done, or something I can't imagine. Sounds logical, right?

So, at any rate, rest assured that if your wife does not give birth before getting her visa, you have nothing to worry about in terms of getting denied or having to file more papers.

Cheers!
