Haven't recieved a decision notice for NOA2 yet. Is anyone having the same issues through TSC that filed in April??

Don't worry the processing of i-130 she take time between 8 month or one year

you get approved Soon or they ask you to send them Request for Evidence

always check your Case Status

good luck ;)

I called a tier 2 officer today and they said TSC is currently working on April 2nd so I still have awhile I'm guessing. Patience is the key. Lol. Thanks for the feedback everyone. Good luck with your journey, I know it's not easy but well worth it :)

I checked my status and got an RFE. Not sure what other evidence they could possibly want unless they need my blood! :/ does anyone know what the common RFE are? I'm sure it's something simple but I'm really bothered by this after waiting for 7 months for a NOA2
