Hi everyone,

I just got off phone from NDC, they said for Electronic Processing, I don't have to email them the passport-style photographs (2" x 2") of beneficiary, she will just bring it at the interview, is that true? I just want doubt check.

Yeah no need to send photos

USCIS
-October 15 2013- Sent I-130
-October 18, 2013- NOA1 E-notification received.
-October 25, 2013- NOA1 hard copy received. Processing at NBC.
-March 07, 2014- Case was transferred to CSC.
-March 14, 2014- Transfer notice hard copy received (CSC).
-March 18, 2014- I-130 was approved!!!

NVC:

-March 27, 2014- NVC received
-April 28, 2014- Case# and IIN assigned
-May 02, 2014- DS-261 submitted online

-May 04, 2014- ENROLL email sent

-May 09, 2014- pay AOS and IV fees

-May 12, 2014- 88$,230$ shows paid

-May 12, 2014- DS-260 available

-May 14 2014- DS-260 completed

I sent our AOS&IV package two weeks ago, but didn't get reply if they receive it or not ,when did you send and did you get reply?

USCIS
-October 15 2013- Sent I-130
-October 18, 2013- NOA1 E-notification received.
-October 25, 2013- NOA1 hard copy received. Processing at NBC.
-March 07, 2014- Case was transferred to CSC.
-March 14, 2014- Transfer notice hard copy received (CSC).
-March 18, 2014- I-130 was approved!!!

-May 02, 2014- DS-261 submitted online

-May 04, 2014- ENROLL email sent

Have not send yet.

I asked NVC about how should I know if they receive my email or not? He said call them back after 1-2 week to check with them. So, i guess you should call them on Monday to check with them.

We called on October 22,they didn't answer they received or not,just said it takes 60 days to review, I will call on Monday.
