RFE Help what is considered certified documentation for criminal records?

I have 2 Dui's and a possession of a small amount of marijuana. With that I have to say yes to page 5, part 3, question 2/3 of the I-129f. Which I thought I had done but here I am now hoping to get some help. I had also sent off the public records of these events. Are those considered certified or do I have to get something legally from the courts and notarized or something to that extent. Want to make sure I get it right this time around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to go to the Courthouse in which County/State of the Violations occurred in. Get a Disposition/Document from the Administrator for UPDATED copies of each offense in full. Each of those will contain a Seal/Stamp and Initials from the Clerk who is authorized. Send the Originals and keep several copies and provide to your Fiancee as well. Every offense is separate and each needs the stamp/seal/initials. Do show you completed any Court mandated programs and Updated letters from a provider of treatment if the State Required. Same as above, keep copies, send to Fiancee and send Original Ink signatures. This will hopefully solve the RFE. This appears to be what there looking for.

There is a fee most likely for each transcript. About $5.00 each. I been through this and this is what they wanted. Again: Updated case although closed: Stamp/Seal and INK signature from the Clerk and send Originals. Nothing else will be accepted and send off ASAP. There are time limits to a RFE.
