I can't send the link right now, but Saylin has a Wiki about NVC Electronic Processing for Montreal beneficiaries. I just did what she states there. Basically you write your fullname, date of birth, and case number on the back of each, then place one with the photo facing down and the other next to it with that info facing down, then scan to a pdf file. Then flip them and scan again.

If you google saylin nvc montreal, google should give you the link. It worked for her, and I'm sending mine like that tonight. Hope this helps
