We have finished reviewing your case. We will tell you when we set an interview
date for your case. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in LIMA,
PERU about your interview until we give you the date.
We saw that either your Affidavit of Support was incomplete, some of your
supporting documents were missing, or both. We have marked the missing items
on the checklist below.
You should send any of the missing items to ______ so he or she can take them to the visa
interview. The Consular Officer will review the missing items at the time of the
interview.
Please pay special attention to any items related to the Affidavit of Support form.
If the checklist shows any problems with the form, you should complete a new
form and send it to __________ .
If you do not send the missing information to __________, his or her visa application could be
delayed or denied.
also, which of these 4 things am i suppose to provide?
You must submit the following financial evidence:
[x] A written statement indicating why you did not file ____________2013_______________________ Federal income
tax returns.
[x] _____________2013______________________ IRS tax schedules.
[x] _____________2013______________________ Federal income tax returns, IRS printout, or Letter 1722 issued by
the IRS.

It looks like you didn't file taxes for 2013. Part of the requirements of the I-864 is that you provide your latest tax returns. If you didn't file taxes, they require a written statement explaining why you didn't file.

If you were exempt from filing, you also have to include proof from the IRS publications that you qualify for this exemption. If you were required to file, but didn't, you have to file those taxes now. This is true even if you are using a joint sponsor.
