DS-260 Supporting Docs

Hey guys I've got a question for you. I emailed our supporting docs to NVC 2 weeks ago and they still have not received them. Abby told me that they will not show up in the system until NVC scans them in. I sent them again in a separate email with the docs just to make sure. Is this correct? All of the other docs I've sent have been received/showed up in the system within a few days. Abby has answered every time I called since emailing them. I wish someone else would take my call so I could get a different opinion. What do you guys think?

4-6 weeks to reviewed your papers atleast 30 days try call back and see how it goes

I too am going through the same thing. I submitted all of my civil documents to support the DS-260 via email. I sent them on October 6th and did not hear anything either. So I called today and they said that they have no record of receiving them. Not that they don't have them, they may not be scanned in yet (seems long) but was then directed to resend them just in case, so I did so. Hope this works.

I sent my docs by courier on July 19, 2014. They were received & signed for on July 21, 2014. They were put in the system Sept 11, 2014. Called NVC, they told me they were put in the system Sept 11, 2014 and they had 60 business days to review them. Doesn't seem fair to wait over 4 months but hands are tied. Still waiting patiently. We contaced a senator a month ago but they can't do anything.

ColoradoFamily it looks like we're in the same boat with close to the same time frame too. I hope you guys hear some good info son. Bonnie&Bob that is crazy! Teo months to put them in the system? I sure hope you guys get cleared soon. We're going thru Montreal so all of our docs have to be electronically submitted. Best wishes for all of you guys!
