Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum, Please move my topic if i posted in wrong area. Here is little background about my case. I got married in Feb 2014 and filed I-130 in April 2014. When I filed I use my wife old passport information. In india we use father's name as middle name so my wife father's name was use in the middle name information. Once we got married my wife's middle name change from her father's name to my name.

Example:

Name used when I-130 file: John Kevin Smith where Kevin is used as middle name

Name changed after marriage and received new passport: John Steve Smith where Steve is new middle name after marriage.

My case is approved and went to NVC and I have file AOS using I-864 so I am not sure which name I have to used since passport is showing different name after I filed I-130. Currently I am using same name as I use in I-130 form.

Please guide me what do I suppose to do? Use the same name as I use in I-130 or use new name shown in new passport.? my wife's do have both old passport and new passport.

Thanks you in Advance.
