I-693 question. Tetanus and diptheria 10 years coming up

Hi all

We are just getting ready to finish the final touches to the AOS packet. I am going to the civil surgeon tomorrow. I just noticed that it will be 10 years in March 2015 since I had a tetanus and diptheria vacunation. Should I need a booster before I send off the packet?

10.16.14 : I-485 AOS & I-765 EAD mailed

10.20.14 : Packet received

11.06.14 : NOA email and text msg for AOS & EAD

11.10.14 : NOA hard copy

11.17.14 : Biometrics letter received

11.24.14 : Biometrics appointment

11.26.14 : RFE email for AOS

12.01.14 : RFE hard copy

12.02.14 : RFE sent

12.30.14 : EAD in production

01.07.15 : EAD mailed

01.08.15 : EAD received!!

If you are OK on the date the doctor signs off, then that is good for USCIS.

I was missing a second mmr. I went to my doctor after the medical and got it. I wish I had realised at the time. It has been a process trying to find a civil surgeon and someone on the phone who knows what we are talking about.

The civil surgeon might also require a flu shot before he signs off. It wasn't flu season when you had the visa medical, so that would have been okay. But your new form I-693 sign off date is during flu season, so to be complete now a flu shot should be part of the record.
