The AOS fee is still in process, so it may be a few days before you can pay the IV fee. If after a few days you can't pay the fee, contact the NVC.

Ok, you definitely want to call the NVC. It should say paid by now, it should only take like 2 days.

Your name as the sponsor. The second part is the number of immigrants you are sponsoring, so you enter "1" for your mom.

Yes, if that's what he gets paid per hour and he works 40 hours a week. That's about $70, 231 per year.

I've noticed that some people are reluctant to ask for employment letters and I have no idea why, it happened with the joint sponsor for my cousin's husband. He didn't want to get an employment letter for some reason and I didn't want to try and convince him, so I just used the pay stubs.

The pay stubs are fine because it's really either or. Just make sure that they are the most recent and that they cover the last 6 months, they usually have a YTD (year to date amount). The 4 most recent is good, but since he gets paid biweekly, then the 2 most recent should be fine as long as it shows the YTD amount.

and also is it fine if i dont submit employment certificate from my hubby? he doesnt want to get one from his employer. im going to send his pay stub though.

Of course not, that's fine.

Is there any problem that I have the same residence/address with my joint sponsor? My mother is my joint sponsor for my wife and 2 little kids on my petition.
