I'm worried they might disqualify my wife, since in our proof of our emergency situation we included her recent (4 months ago) psychologist report, which states that she suffers from Major Depression as well as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a consequence from having lived through a nightmare relationship from her ex (the same person that is the cause of our emergency filing). In that psychologist report it states that she has thought about killing herself. The report also recommends that action needs to be taken to keep her ex far away in order to help her mental wellbeing.

September 25th: I-130 Emergency petition filed at US Embassy in Lima.

October 3rd: I-130 Petition Approved.

October 10th: Consular Section sent checklist and notification scheduling my spouse's visa interview for November 13th.
