Got to NVC, then same email twice? (split)

HI everyone,I am sorry if this is not a right place to post it.But I really need help regarding some Information.I am PR,got married last year and applied for my husband .He is in bangladesh and I am now in USA.I got case completion e-mail from NVC and said to wait to get an interview date from Dhaka Embassy on Aug 18-2014.Then after on month Sept 18-2014 got the same e-mail again.Still we are waiting to get a date.I don't know what to do or where to get information.I am really depressed regarding this matter.

What's your priority date? Right now, only those who submitted their I-130 application on or before February 1st 2013 and got CC from NVC can get a Interveiw Letter. Not sure if this applies to you but statr by checking your CEAC status using the link below:

What's your priority date? Right now, only those who submitted their I-130 application on or before February 1st 2013 and got CC from NVC can get a Interveiw Letter. Not sure if this applies to you but statr by checking your CEAC status using the link below:

I got cc e mail sept17,2014.and i have submitted I-130 on 17 feb,2013.

Btw Thank you so much for your prompt reply.Is that same for every country?He is from Bangladesh.so should we hope to get a date for november/December?

You're welcome Rama. You should know that in couple of days when the November 2014 visa bulletin is released. If the F2A category moves forward, as predicted, by 4 or 6 weeks (or more..who knows) then you hubby will definitely get his IL very soon. Let's all pray things move quickly for everyone waiting to reunite with loved ones...

The November visa bulletin released, cut off date 1 march 2013 ( mine is 17th feb 2013).But still didn't hear anything from nvc regarding interview date. :( i don't know,what will happen next after a case completion. R they gonna send us email regarding the date or they are going to send us any paper letter.what about the original documents we have send them as supporting evidence?

I think you should call NVC and they should tell you the interview date because it suppose to be scheduled for you

Your Priority date is already current.

Also, you can check the website of us embassy in bangladesh and look for interview schedule may be you will find your case no. And interview date

03/04/2015 - Received email from NVC to pay IV fee

03/04/2015 - IV fee paid 03/17/2015 - IV shows "PAID"

03/17/2015 - DS-260 filled and 30 business days for review

03/31/2015 Stupid Checklist :( " need to mark that I'm LPR")

03/31/2015 Sent the corrected I-864EZ

04/01/2015 Scan Date of Stupid checklist

04/24/2015 CASE COMPLETED over phone :):dancing:

05/01/2015 CASE COMPLETED EMAIL

06/09/2015 Email received with interview Date :):dancing:
