Hi all. I have a question regarding packet 3 with the consulate in Egypt. I know packet 3 is a checklist to have documents like birth certificate, military certificate, pcc and etc translated. My question is does my fiancé have to mail these items back before the interview or bring them with him to the interview? He currently lives 5 hrs from Cairo due to work and if these items need to be mailed then I would need to tell him to go back to Cairo and have them done right away. I'm trying to find a packet 3 checklist online to see what it says but I can not find a link on the embassy website.
