BRASIL - Receive Passport & Visa in the mail

The Interview is March 13 in Rio de Janeiro. After the Interview, my Fiancee prefers to return to her home rather than staying in a hotel in Rio for 3 days. She prefers to have the Consulate mail the Passport with Visa to her house.

Does the Consulate send the Passport & Visa with the "package that cannot be opened" in normal mail or do they use SEDEX? Does she need to pay for that option?

They use a private courier service (TNT).

They have 2 types of services: regular or express.

The regular service delivers in 5 working days and it costs 40 reais.

The express service delivers in 1 working day but it costs 50 reais.

I lived in Teresópolis, in Rio state, and I got my passport back 2 days after the interview (given that to pick it up personally it's one day from interview).
