Does anyone know of a thread here they can paste for me or simply list the requirements that are sent in the Packet IV from the US Embassy in Ghana for a K-1 visa interview? My basic questions are as follows;

- Is there a timeframe for the I-134? ( can I bring one with me dated for October and be accepted if the interview is in December or January?)

- Does the I-134 need to be notarized?

- How many years of tax returns and W-2's are required at the Embassy in Ghana?

1. I'd say no but sign it as close to the interview as possible. However, if your wages, income or any other required information changes before then you may need to submit a new one. I post dated my form in case signing it to far from the interview may have caused any issues.

2. It does not need to be notarized

2. I submitted only the previous year TAX TRANSCRIPT and had no issues. However, you will read posts of people submitting 3 years. According to other posts the Ghana embassy only accepts tax transcripts. I also submitted 6 pay check stubs from every other month and an employment verification that states my yearly salary from my employer. I don't think that that was required but I started my job in April of last year and while I did meet the income requirements I had not yet made a full year's salary and wanted to show that my income would be more than sufficient.

Hope this helps.
