Couple months ago, my wife has got a petty theft "PC 484-490.5" yellow ticket from cop and no arrest or sentence. Later, its been reduced by DA to "PC 415 (2), INF" (Disturbing the peace) with a fine of $250. This is unfortunate in the life in US. My kids are so naughty and they don't stay in one place for about 5 mins.

Received a notification from USCIS today mentioning that "we transferred this case to your USCIS local field office for additional processing. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

Does this mean, I will get an interview notice at local field office? The same status is showing for mine, my wife and my child 485 applications. And this is employment based application.

What are the implications with this, to my green card 485 petition and transfer to local field office. I'm definitely concerned and crazy tension.

Any suggestions?
