Part 3: If you are not certain with the date of your departure, just put " undetermined" and expected length of trip...is really up to you..you can put " 3 weeks" or 1 month or 2 months..it's really up to you.

Part 7: I didn't include any documents pertaining to this question. You can write a brief letter stating that for example:

I would like to ask your good office to consider my advance parole application to allow me to return to the United States after my temporary foreign travel. The date of my intended departure is undetermined at this moment. The reason for applying this advance parole is for emergency purposes only. I am hoping that you will grant my request in regards with this matter.

or you can say that you'll be out the United states in a certain period of time while your AOS is on process.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

And one more curiosity question... if you already have your PR/Green Card - why are you filing for AP?
