I contacted DX Courier regarding the need to send my parents UK passports to the US Embassy for AP and the response I got is:

"Unfortunately DX does not deal with US Embassy Visa’s, we only collect/deliver items for US Citizens regarding passport renewals or additional pages to be added.

Please visit the US Embassy website and follow the instructions for applying for a visa. This is now dealt with by a company called CSC."

I contacted CSC and currently waiting for a response...

Confused because on the US embassy website it mentions when RETURNING passports with US Visas's they use DX courier.....

anyone on here who has had to send in their UK passports for Visa processing - what courier did you use?

How did you contact them? A phone call to the closest depot may get you better luck.

Yes, the embassy changed their contract in August 2013 and that is a standard reply from the central DX office. I called them myself on the day of the changeover. Very confusing info they put out and that other place they tell you about has modified their website to say they have nothing to do with the US Embassy.. BUT it is still DX that does the deliveries and people have had success calling/going to a depot and asking for help.

There are several threads on this but I would have to look for them later. One person posted a few email addresses.
