Hello, I'm new here and am still trying to figure out how everything works. While I'm waiting on my NOA2 I am trying to get everything sorted. My fiancé is from England and but he lived here on a year work visa so do I need to get a police certificate for him proving he has no criminal history in the US? I know he'll have to get one from England, I'm just not sure how we need to go about getting one for the US without him being here.

Only need police certificates for where you've lived outside the U.S.

Anyyyyway, get your fiancé to read this thread

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

As an English lady myself I can guarantee that every question he needs or even you need to know can be answered in this single thread. It's the absolute complete London k1 guide.

Every step up to arriving in the U.S. is stated there.

If you or he have any questions feel free to drop me a message and I'll be happy to help you both with anything that you think you need to know.
